Description
Homemade butter from small batches of cream
The electric FJ 10 brings butter making into the home kitchen or small processing farm. The motor handles mixing while you observe the consistency and adjust the pace to each stage of churning.
1–3.8 l fill and speed control
Fill the machine with 1 to a maximum of 3.8 l of cream. The recommended cream temperature before processing is 12–15°C. Below 12°C, the maximum fill is 3 l. The multi-position switch allows a faster start (position 3 or 4) and slower final working (position 1 or 2), according to the instructions.
Watch the process and separate the buttermilk
The transparent lid lets you observe churning. Afterwards, buttermilk is removed through the drain valve to prepare for further butter processing. All parts in contact with cream are stainless steel for easier cleaning.
