Portioning as an organised production stage
The Milky FD 500 helps move from manual pouring to a dedicated filling workstation. Pneumatic filling suits a facility that wants to plan the pace of cup preparation and handle successive product batches more efficiently.
Up to 500 ml per fill, up to 1200 cups per hour
The maximum volume per fill is 500 ml and the stated output is up to 1200 cups per hour. Actual throughput depends on the product, portion size, and preparation and removal of packaging. These parameters help match the filler to the intended production scale.
Stainless steel and pneumatic supply
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel. An additional compressor with a capacity of 300 l/min is required for operation. Prepare the installation, operate and clean according to the machine documentation.
Choose the workstation option
Available options are the filler alone or the filler with a table. Photographs may show different configurations; the scope of delivery depends on the selected option.
