Description
High-capacity plastic containers are indispensable equipment for internal and external logistics in the food industry and many other sectors. Solutions that save space and costs are particularly desirable. One of them is the new container offered by Craemer: Economic Transport Box. Thanks to an optimized stacking system, this stable 300 liter turn and stack container offers more than just the possibility of easy and safe stacking. Another advantage is the space saving of approx. 70% when nesting empty containers.

The new Craemer container, offered under the name of Economic Transport Box - ET Box for short - was designed of high-quality polyethylene intended for contact with food and made in the form of a monoblock, in accordance with the HACCP standard. The capacity of the container is 300 liters, it weighs 17.7 kg, and its (external) dimensions are: 1200 mm long, 780 mm wide and 630 mm high. The ET Box is dimensionally stable in the temperature range from -30 to + 40 ° C and for short periods up to 90 ° C. It is resistant to most chemicals and cleaning agents. The seamless structure and smooth internal surfaces of the container facilitate washing and drying.


Safe and efficient stacking
The optimized stacking system guarantees that the ET Box is easy and efficient to use in terms of nesting and stacking. During stacking, specially profiled surfaces in the upper part of the container ensure a safe position of the four stable outer feet. It is enough to turn the ET Box 180 ° to be able to conveniently and space-saving folding the containers one another, which increases the logistics efficiency in the field of transport and storage of empty containers. This allows you to save up to 70% of space. Stack heights for comparison: Four ET Boxes stacked on top of each other (2445 mm) correspond to 14 nest containers (2450 mm). Stacking becomes extremely easy thanks to the special ribbing on the conical long sides; moreover, it ensures high stability of the container walls. Narrow or rectangular ribs reinforce the edges around the perimeter of the container and its body; the latter gains an additional point of support in the form of a midsole.

Completing the ET Box concept is an integrated transponder pocket in the upper edge of the short sides, which allows the optional installation of RFID transponders. Printing fields provide space for a personalized logotype, description or numbering.
