Description
Two-sided dripping mat (foundation). One side with traditional pattern typical for cheeses like Robiole, Crescenza, Taleggio, Quartirolo, the other side with linear pattern, perfect for
fresh cheeses.
Mats allow for inverting the entire multimold and placing it on the mat. This provides further dripping of whey from cheeses.
Mat dimensions: 69 x 47,2 cm.
