KADOVA cheesemaking moulds consist of 4 parts: mould, mould net, lid, lid net. The special net construction ensures whey draining and formation of the shape and rind.
Ready cheeses have beautiful, smooth rind without any creases and uneveness.

Separate elements compring the mould can be bought separately in the case of damage.
All four elements should be cleaned separately. You may do it by immersing elements in cleaning liquid overnight. The use of a brush improves the final effect.
Temperature of cleaning liquid for nets cannot exceed 55 °C.
Temperature of cleaning liquid for the lid and mould cannot exceed 80 °C.
