Description
The CYLINDRICAL cheese mold is completely made of high quality plastic approved for direct contact with food.
KADOVA® cheese molds consist of 4 parts: mold, mold grid, lid, lid grid. The special mesh design ensures whey drainage and shape and skin formation.
The finished cheeses have a beautiful, smooth skin, without any folds or bumps.

Individual mold components can be purchased separately in the event of damage.
Cleaning:
All four elements should be cleaned separately. This can be done by immersing the elements overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result.
The temperature of the cleaning liquid for the grids must not exceed 55 ° C.
The temperature of the cleaning liquid for the lid and the mold must not exceed 80 ° C.
