Description
Even division of curd helps prepare cheese grains for the next production stages. This harp helps make repeatable cuts with a width of 2 cm, supporting control over piece size during further drying, whey drainage and shaping.
The cutter is made from flexible, durable plastic intended for food contact. Its 38 cm overall length and 26 × 11 cm cutting section make it easy to compare the tool with the inside of your pot before choosing it.
The model is recommended for pots over 10 to around 50 litres, and larger ones after checking dimensions. Treat vessel capacity as a guide; diameter and depth also matter. The harp is made in the Netherlands.
