Description
For larger batches of milk, a convenient harp helps organise curd cutting. This steel model with cutting wires makes successive parallel cuts with a width of 2 cm, helping prepare the curd for further processing.
The sturdy stainless steel construction is easy to clean. Both variants have a 30 × 17 cm cutting section; they differ in handle length and overall length. This lets you choose the reach to suit vessel depth and your workspace.
The small variant is 65 cm long overall with a 35 cm handle; the large is 95 cm overall with a 65 cm handle. Check the room needed to move the cutting section before ordering. Select one variant, not a set of two harps.
