Before first use, prepare the mold - lubricate with hot cooking oil. Before each use, the mold must be soaked in cold water, covered with a portion of butter at room temperature, then firmly press and put to cool (fridge or cold water). After cooling, the edges of the butter slightly protrude from the mold, which allows you to draw the shaped butter.
This mold is also suitable for making cheese (eg oscypek).
