Use in cheesemaking

Excellent for farmhouse cheesemaking. It highlights fresh, curd and rennet-set cheeses and also pairs perfectly with matured cheeses, adding a distinctive aroma and interesting colour. It is versatile enough for pizzas, bakes, meat dishes and sauces too.
