Description
Orderly cheese draining
The draining tray collects whey from beneath moulds and containers and helps reduce splashing during home cheesemaking. It also works in a dairy as a handy, portable workstation placed on an existing work surface.
Construction for daily work
The tray is made in Poland from 1 mm stainless steel. Rubber backing helps stabilise it on the surface and reduce scratching. The steel construction combines rigidity with portability.
Dimensions and configuration
Dimensions: 54 × 54 cm. Rim height: 5 cm. Steel thickness: 1 mm. Other sizes can be made to individual order.
Prepare the workstation
Position on a stable support, plan whey collection and leave convenient access to the moulds. Clean and use according to the documentation and your dairy workflow.
