Description
Specialist food marking crayon. Fulfils requirements of the Directive 94/36/EC on colours for use in foodstuffs.
Marking cheese significantly facilitates their later ripening, recognising type and date. Moreover, the crayon may be used e.g. to create manufacturer’s logo right on the product, to sign a cheese with your name, to mark it with characteristic name etc.
Wet the crayon slightly before use so it becomes softer. After that, drawing on even very soft cheese skin will be easy and comfortable. After use, wipe the moist end lightly and leave to dry.
The crayon is strong. Texts and graphics will remain on the cheese skin even after multiple washings with brine and brushing.
