Description
Keep cheeses organised in the ripening room and give them your own mark. This specialist food-marking crayon lets you label cheeses directly on the rind, from variety names and dates to a dairy name, signature or simple graphic. It is a practical aid for identifying batches and presenting your own products.
Preparing for use: lightly moisten the tip with water to soften it. This makes writing and drawing easier, including on a soft rind. After use, gently wipe the damp tip and leave the crayon to dry.
The crayon is designed for lasting marks, useful when lettering needs to remain legible during further cheese care, including wiping with brine and brushing. The appearance of the mark also depends on the rind surface and how it is cared for.
Two colours are available: blue and brown. Choose the variant to suit your planned markings; the offer is for one crayon in the selected colour.
