Cafe de Paris is a wonderful and aromatic spice for herb butter, cottage cheese, sauces, dips as well as fish and short-fried meat dishes. It is also perfect for fresh short-ripening breakfast cheeses or acid/rennet-curd cheeses.
The mixture includes: onion, parsley, garlic, lemon peel, lovage, pepper, salt, dill, chives, black pepper, sugar.
