Vacuum packing in a closed chamber

CAS CVP sealers remove air from the bag and make the closing seal inside a closed chamber. They suit shops, wholesalers, catering and food production facilities that want an organised workstation for portion packing. Chamber size and pump capacity should be matched to the products being packed.

Control of the packing cycle

The cycle starts automatically when the lid is closed. A clear dial vacuum gauge lets the operator monitor the vacuum level. A microprocessor controller runs the stages using stored settings. The stainless steel construction supports regular use; a PTFE-fabric covering on the heating elements reduces film sticking. CE marking.

Information in the seal

The supplied character set and double-sided sealing bar allow either a standard seal or a seal bearing information such as packing date, use-by date or producer name. The information must be selected for the product and the actual packing process.

Materials and applications

Use PA/PE barrier bags designed for vacuum packing. For food, select bags or film suitable for direct contact with food and edible fats. Suitable non-food applications include selected medical items, electronic parts, ink containers and documents. Packaging can help reduce volume and protect against external conditions; flammable, chemically aggressive and hazardous chemicals are excluded.

Equipment and version
