CL3000B scales offer functions that let you adapt operation and label layouts to user needs. Applications include meat, delicatessen, dairy, fish, fruit and vegetable counters, as well as labelling prepacked goods in production facilities.

Product descriptions and label content

Each product can be assigned a description containing ingredients, storage information or a standard number. Available capacity is 510 characters with 999 descriptions or 1022 characters with 499 descriptions. Specify the required configuration in the order notes. The scale can highlight allergen names in the description; label content must be prepared for the product being labelled.

Communication and everyday use

CL3000 scales communicate with a computer via LAN or Wi-Fi using TCP/IP. Integration with store-management software depends on the software used. Free software is provided for scale configuration, product database management and sales reporting. Clear customer and operator displays, advertising messages, Direct PLU keys, self-service mode, EURO support and convenient access for label-roll replacement support daily work.

Extended production labelling in CL3000P

The CL3000P offers automatic label printing for weighed goods and summary labels for TOTAL (outer packaging) and GRAND TOTAL (a batch of outer packages). It provides 50 parameters per product, including barcode format, label format, ingredients and a GDA nutrition table; 5 programmable graphics, such as a veterinary inspection mark or logo; 30 factory label formats and 20 freely programmable formats, including a summary label for Prepack mode. Description capacity is 510 characters for 999 descriptions or 1022 for 499 descriptions.
