Cheese makers usually face the problem, that when using a new cheese mold, their cheese tends to stick to it's walls, making it difficult to remove the cheese from the mold and in many cases causing the cheese to eventually crack. The modern microperforated molds from our offer are made in the process of exclusive chemical treatment, which ensures smoothness of the mold walls, preventing the cheese from cracking during removal from the mold.
The microperforated forms are made of the following materials: PE (polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene). The quality of both materials is the highest, completely original and supplied by international concerns such as Basf, BP and Shell.
These two types of plastic are food-safe in accordance with EEC regulations.
For greater efficiency, the microperforation is performed at an angle of 45 °, which avoids breaking the chemical chain of the raw material, and thus breaking the mold.
