Description
Closing the pack as the final production stage
The automatic pneumatic sealer helps organise the closing of larger numbers of cups. Four cup positions per cycle allow batch operation, while the pneumatic system supports a regular workflow.
Match the cup and working pace
The standard version is designed for 75 mm cups. The machine has four cup positions per sealing cycle and a stated output of up to 600 seals per hour. Actual throughput depends on pack preparation and work organisation.
Configuration and workstation setup
Operation requires a compressor supplying 6–7 bar pressure. Adaptation to 85, 90 or 95 mm diameters is available at extra cost. Select the configuration for your cups and sealing materials, and install and operate according to the instructions.
