Starter cultures for direct inoculation of milk.

Dry, frozen starter bacterial cultures.

Starter in powder form (lyophilisate). Screw-top packaging allows for multiple dispensing of the required dose, screwing and storing in the freezer. Starter culture resistant to the effects of higher temperatures during transport.

Packaging for 100 or 1000 L of milk.

Composition:
Streptococcus salivarius subsp.thermophilus
Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus

Application:
Ordinary (thick) yoghurt, mixed yoghurt, drinking yoghurt.
