Tronchon Mold
Description
The traditional Tronchon cheese has the shape of a flattened ball with a deep, decorative concave. With this mold you can make various types of cheese, obtaining a wonderful, unique and elegant shape and pattern!

- 1 kg - 12 x 11.5 cm
- 2 kg - 16 x 12 cm
All cheese molds have holes for draining whey.
Molds designed for pressing due to their construction have a smaller number of holes, which ensures stiffness and solidity of the mold under high pressure.
The mold has a pressure lid for pressing.
