Description
Traditional form for pressed cheeses of various types. Perfectly fulfills its task for cheeses such as Gouda, Parmesan, Cheddar, Swiss Cheese and other pressed cheeses.
It comes in many different sizes. It is made of thick plastic, so it withstands heavy pressure. The form requires the use of a cheese clotch.
All cheese forms have holes for whey drainage.
Molds intended for pressing due to their construction have fewer holes, which ensures rigidity and solidity of the mold under large pressure.
The mold has a pressure lid for ironing included.
