Small Ricottera (0.25 / 0.50 / 0.75 kg)
Description
Ricotter's mold dedicated to whey cheeses such as Ricotta. It is also suitable for other rennet and curd cheeses.
The cheeses from this mold will be in the shape of an elegant cone.
Mold is available in three size variants:
- 0.25 kg - upper diameter 9 cm; bottom diameter 7 cm; height 5 cm
- 0.35 kg - upper diameter 10.5 cm; bottom diameter 7 cm; height 6.5 cm
- 0.50 kg - upper diameter 11.5 cm; bottom diameter 8 cm; height 6.5 cm
- 0.75 kg - upper diameter 13 cm; bottom diameter 9.5 cm; 8.5 cm height
