Cheese vats are used for the thermal processing of milk into dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta, yogurt, pasteurized milk, and others. They enable the thermal processing of milk in the range from 4 °C to 100 °C. Plevnik cheese vats are manufactured in accordance with international standards, CE directives, and the latest developments in the dairy industry. They are designed to produce exceptional dairy products – with modern and successful cheese-making stories. 

ENERGY EFFICIENCY
10% to 30% lower energy consumption thanks to efficient energy exchange, which is made possible by a well-insulated tank (with three layers), laser-welded surfaces, and carefully selected materials. The water pump enables better heat exchange, which speeds up heating and cooling processes, thus saving energy and money.

EFFICIENT CHEESE MASS PROCESSING
Plevnik harps are specially designed, sharpened, and polished to facilitate smooth cutting.
Replacing harps with other agitators is simple – it can be done in one move.
Cutting: Automatic harps with sharp and thin blades ensure precise cutting, which improves the quality and quantity of the final product (less sprayed curd and more cheese).
Mixing (reverse rotation): The mixing blades are automatically activated when the mixing direction changes and gradually reach the required mixing speed for more efficient mixing and drying of the cheese grains.

AUTOMATED PROCESSING PROCEDURES
Convenient and easy management with smart controllers that control processes and make work more efficient and organized.
• Save time and money with delayed start and end times for processes. Schedule them so that the milk treated in the morning is ready for cheese production.
• Ability to record and document all active process parameters (temperature, mixing, etc.).
• Remote access option.

EASY CONTROL AND CLEANING
Easy and quick control of the Plevnik cheese boiler. Thanks to the well-thought-out design of Plevnik devices, including controllers and mixers, they are easy to operate and work faster and more efficiently.
All processes (cutting, mixing, heat treatment, etc.) can be started simply by pressing a button. Cleaning is faster and easier thanks to a special surface treatment – 2R polish (prevents
adhesion to the vessel walls).

EXPAND THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE DEVICE
The device's functionality can be expanded to include a wider range of dairy products (cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, ricotta, etc.) and the most modern, easiest, most efficient, and more ergonomic operation, etc.
