Description
Universal mold for various types of cheese. It is distinguished by its durability - thick and stiff walls. The underside of the mold is elegantly rounded, enables efficient cheese inversion during molding and gives it a dignified look.
In addition, in the variant "small" and "large", the mold has auxiliary legs to facilitate the drainage of whey.
Variants:
- small - 14 x 15 cm, for about 1 kg of cheese
- medium - 15.5 x 16.5 cm, for about 1.5 kg of cheese
- large - 17 x 16 cm, for about 2 kg of cheese
