Description
Red paprica flakes are obtained by drying and crushing the annual red papricas. It gives a great taste to cheese; ideal also as an decoration added directly to the cheese curd, or as a coating adhering to the rind of both fresh and ripening cheeses.
Also used as a decorative spice for soups and sauces, meats, fish, poultry, mushrooms, pasta, pizza, goulash, stew.
