They come from natural oak wood from ecologically clean areas. Free from impregnating and preserving compounds. They do not contain dusting fractions. They have an optimal water content - below 11%.
Usage:
Grilling: Place a 2 cm layer of wood chips around glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the hearth, as they will burn immediately. The grill should be covered with a lid immediately after placing the dishes on the wire rack.
Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being cooked).
Smoking: Depending on the type of smokehouse we have, place wood chips in a tray specially designed for this purpose or around a glowing hearth - do not place them directly on the heat source, as they will burn immediately. Dosage: 20-40 g / kg meat.
Chips should be stored in a dry, cool place.
