Description
Natural rennet is a coagulant consisting of natural enzymes produced by lambs' stomachs, controlled, dried and salted to the source.
This product is employed in dairy industry for the production of fresh cheese and middle ripening cheese characterized by sweet-spicy flavour.
It is the traditional Italian rennet - recommended while processing large quantities of milk (especially sheep's).
Dosage: 5 g for 100 l milk
