Modular ripening rack / drip tray

A leading European manufacturer of shelving, countertops, trolleys and other equipment for the food industry has introduced a modular shelving and drip tray dedicated to cheese-making. It's the perfect solution for larger dairies, farm and craft dairies, but also home-made dairy products!

The rack is fully modular, which means that with the development of your cheese dairies and ripening rooms, you can buy individual elements.

The rack can stand directly on the floor or on a special transport pallet. Thanks to the solution on the pallet, it is possible to quickly rotate and move the rack using an ordinary pallet truck. This solution facilitates cleaning and turning cheese, and allows hygiene on the floor and behind the shelf.

 

The shelf can consist of 3 different modules that you can configure freely:

- 76x58 cm, height 13 cm

- 76x58 cm, height 15 cm

- 76x58 cm, height 18 cm

- 76x58 cm, height 21 cm

 

Material: food polypropylene (PP), white color
Dimensions: 76 x 58 cm and height: 21/18/15/13 cm with the possibility of stacking on top of each other
Material: resistance to operating temperatures: from -30 to +80 ° C
Suitable for contact with food: all polypropylene modules intended for contact with food are made of certified raw materials and are suitable for contact with food in accordance with regulations and directives
Application: for salting, drying and maturing cheese; perforated surfaces allow better drying and maturing of cheeses, prevent mold and cheese brewing; save time due to less frequent turning and washing of cheese
Transport pallet: allows easy and convenient maneuverability indoors, as well as storage, seasoning and salting
Washing: It is recommended that the modules be washed with 1/2% chlorinated stock solutions or 1/2% acid solutions; nitric acid solutions are discouraged because the quality of the plastic deteriorates over time.

 

Individual modules are also great as drip trays - placing on tops or cheese tables. Indispensable when dripping, salting and seasoning cheese!
