Manchego Mold
Description
Universal Manchego mold for pressing cheese. Its typical shape allows to produce many types of cheese. The mold is finished with a straight corner between the wall and the bottom, so the formed cheese has a 90o angle in the corner (no curvature, as in the case of Gouda or Corimbo Liso molds). Mold is made of thick plastic, along with reinforced cover for pressing.

All cheese forms have holes for draining whey.
Molds designed for pressing due to their construction have fewer holes, which ensures rigidity and solidity of the mold under high pressure.
The mold has a pressing plate.
