Starter cultures for direct milk inoculation.
Dry, frozen starter bacterial cultures.
Starter in powder form (lyophilisate). Screw-top packaging allows for multiple dispensing of the required dose, screwing and storing in the freezer. Starter culture resistant to the effects of higher temperatures during transport.
Packaging for 100 or 1000 L of milk.

Application:
Semi-hard, hard and soft cheese varieties, primarily blue cheeses:
Camembert, Brie, Roquefort, Gorgonzola and others.
Usually used with PC or RQ mold starters.
