Natural enzymatic preparation of foodstuffs cleanliness received from fermentation of Rhizomucor miehei. Contains of enzyme coagulating milk, the amino acid contents of which are comparable to enzymes of calf rennet.

Dosage: 4-6.5 ml per 100 litres of milk/ 1 drop per 1 litre of milk .
