Description
Lipase in powder is an natural extract. The amorphous crystalline powder is free of preservatives, dyes, bleaches, flavors or different additions.
Lipase is used in dairy industry to produce long and medium-ripened cheeses, where a more aromatic “spicy” flavor is required.
