Description
Lipase powder is a natural extract. The amorphous crystalline powder is free of preservatives, dyes, bleaches, flavors or other additives.
Lipase is used in the dairy industry for the production of long and medium-ripening cheeses, where a more aromatic "spicy" flavor is required.
