Description

Handmade using traditional craftsmanship methods, from high-quality wood, this butter mould will make an impression on everyone.

Before first use, the mould must be prepared by rubbing it with hot edible oil.

We propose two methods of shaping butter:

First:
Before each use, the mould must be soaked in cold water, a portion of butter at room temperature should be put on it, then press it hard and leave it to cool (in the fridge or in cold water). After cooling, the edges of the butter slightly stick out from the mould, which makes it possible to pull out the shaped butter.

Second:
The mould must be lined with food foil, put a small amount of cooled butter on it and press it into the corners, then add the rest of the butter
so as to fill the empty space. Press it hard and put the mould with butter in the freezer for 30 minutes, after this time the butter should easily come off the foil.
Excess butter at the joints can be carefully removed with a sharp knife.
