Description
A characteristic, relatively flat form. Rectangular holes on the sides, triangular on the bottom. Characteristic depression in the lower part of the form. The form is ideal for making many rennet cheese.
Ready-made cheeses looks elegant and traditional.
The mold has 8 solid feet, which makes whey drainage easier. In the upper part there is a round edge that facilitates work, lifting, etc.
