Description
Very large form for Koryciński cheese. It is a colander in which a characteristic shape is given to this cheese. Ideal for pre-forming large cheeses - once the cheese has settled, it is recommended to translate into a smaller form to give the final shape. However, this is not necessary.
A dripping bowlis included in which whey can flow. This guarantees cleanliness and a high level of hygiene.
Of course, it can also be used as a strainer / sieve for e.g. straining curds.
