Description
Classic kettle and pasteurizer is used for thermal treatment of milk into dairy products such as pasteurized milk, soft cheese, hard cheese, semi-hard cheese, yoghurt, kefir, cottage cheese and others.
We are proud to present the new Classic product line, which combines all the basic features of a pasteurizer and a cheese kettle in one device.

Classic models allow both beginner and experienced cheese makers to produce a variety of dairy products: pasteurized milk, yoghurt, cheese, curd and other original products from your dairy product line.
The 50l and 125l versions of the Classic model are equipped with a two-layer insulated tank with a lid, made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Heating and cooling takes place through the bottom and jacket of the tank. The boiler is heated in a water bath and cooled with water from the mains or tank. The heat treatment is possible up to 92 ° C. The temperature can be regulated by a thermostat from the panel.
The 200l and 300l Classic models use between 10% and 30% less energy thanks to the efficient energy exchange made possible by the well-insulated tank (with three layers), laser-welded exchange surfaces and carefully selected materials.
Thermal treatment is possible up to 100 ° C. The water pump facilitates heat transfer, which speeds up the heating and cooling processes and thus saves energy and money.
