Description
The GOUDA / BABY GOUDA cheese mold was made entirely of high quality plastic approved for direct contact with food.
The KADOVA® cheese mold consist of four parts: a mold, a mold net, a lid, a cover grid. The special grid design ensures draining of whey and forming the shape and skin.
The finished cheeses have a beautiful, smooth skin, without any bends or irregularities.

The individual components of the mold can be purchased separately in case of damage.
Cleaning:
All four elements should be cleaned separately. This can be done by immersing the elements overnight in a cleaning liquid: Dairy equipment washing liquid, 1 L . The use of the brush improves the final result.
The temperature of the cleaning liquid for the grids must not exceed 55 ° C.
The temperature of the cleaning liquid for the lid and mold must not exceed 80 ° C.
