Formaggio - universal cheese mold
Description
Very nice, inexpensive and solid cheese mold. Made of certified material.
A large number of holes and legs allow the whey to drain freely. The smooth surface and special shape of the holes mean that the cheese can be formed without using a cheese cloth. The mold is relatively high, so that after draining the whey cheese will have a very nice, proportional shape.
Made in an European factory.
