Description

Pasteurization is a thermal treatment of milk that destroys pathogenic microorganisms and allows products to last longer.

Buffer tank
It maintains a constant flow during the pasteurization process and allows the preparation of a washing solution.
It contains:

- spray ball for washing

Feed pump
The centrifugal pump transfers the product from the balance tank to the heat exchanger. The pump is designed to meet the hygienic requirements of
the dairy industry and provides gentle product handling. Internal structure around the impeller and mechanical seal allows simple maintenance with
no special tools needed. The pump is mounted on stainless steel feet, and cover protection is placed around the electrical motor. It is a centrifugal
high pressure and low flow pump. The flow rate is adjusted by a frequency inverter through the controller.

Plate heat exchanger
A sealed plate heat exchanger ensures efficient heat transfer. The unit has a flexible design and is easy to operate and maintain.

FD VALVE
Pneumatic flow diversion valve diverts the insufficiently heated milk back to the balance tank at the request from the controller in case milk is
not properly pasteurized or if the pressure difference is less than 0,5 bar. Valve is EHEDG certified and designed in accordance with the highest
hygienic requirements.

CONTROL PANEL STAINLESS STEEL

Recorder Professional
Recorder Professional records the temperature values, the position of the divert valve and the flow of the media for the whole process time. The controller has graphical interface for viewing the recording in real time as well as all past recorded processes. The data is stored on a portable memory card and can be used for process and quality control.
