EDAM cheese mould was made entirely of high-quality plastic approved for food contact.
KADOVA® cheese mould consists of 4 parts: a mould, a mould mesh, a cover, a cover mesh. Special mesh structure ensures whey drainage and forming of shape and skin.
Ready cheese has marvellous smooth skin with no creases and irregularities.

In the case of damage, specific mould parts may be purchased separately.
All four elements should be cleaned separately. It can be done by soaking them in a cleaning liquid for a night. Using a brush improves the end result.
Cleaning liquid temperature for nets cannot surpass 55° C.
Cleaning liquid temperature for the mould and the cover cannot surpass 80° C.
