Red Chubrica is an aromatic spice blend that gives dishes an intense aroma and a pleasantly spicy taste. It is the most popular seasoning in Bulgarian cuisine, widely used to enrich goulash, sauerkraut stew, lentil dishes, lamb or mutton, as well as pizza, salads, and fries.
Application in cheesemaking:
Red Chubrica pairs perfectly with fresh, cottage-style, and matured cheeses. It provides a bold, spicy-herbal profile that makes artisan cheeses stand out. It works wonderfully in breakfast cheeses, lactic-rennet cheeses, and matured flavored cheeses, enhancing their aroma and bringing a Southern European touch.
Ingredients: salt, sweet paprika, parsley leaves, garlic, dill leaves, basil, savory, oregano, marjoram.
Packaging:
