Description
Traditional mold for ripening cheese (and not only). Beautiful round cheeses comes out of it.
Available in three different sizes. It is made of thick plastic, so it withstands heavy pressure. The form requires the use of a cheese cloth.
Dimensions:
Variant 1 kg: inside diameter of 13 cm; inside height 14 cm
Variant 1.5 kg: inside diameter 14.5 cm; inside height 15 cm
Variant 2 kg: inside diameter 16 cm; inside height 17 cm
All cheese molds have holes for whey to drain.
Molds intended for pressing due to their construction have fewer holes, which ensures rigidity and solidity of the mold under large pressure.
The mold has a pressure lid for ironing included.
For washing the mold, we recommend a specialized liquid for dairy equipment and tools: Dairy equipment washing liquid, 1 L
