SKH-Cu is an SKH cheese boiler with a copper interior. Copper is a traditional raw material used in cheese making - used for a long time, mainly in the Alps. You can manufacture products in a traditional way using modern equipment. It is suitable for the production of various types of cheeses with a special, traditional flavor. We recommend heating to 63 ° C.
