Description

Thanks to these wood chips, your cheese and other dishes will gain a unique taste, aroma and golden-brown color.


They come from natural beech wood from ecologically clean areas. Free from impregnating and preserving compounds. They do not contain dusting fractions. They have an optimal water content - below 11%.

Chips should be stored in a dry, cool place.

Usage:

Smoking: Depending on the type of smokehouse we have, put wood chips on a tray specially designed for this purpose or around a glowing hearth - do not place them directly on the heat source, because they will burn immediately. Dosage: 20 - 40 g / kg of product.


Grilling: Place a two-centimeter layer of wood chips around glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the hearth, as they will burn immediately. The grill should be covered with a lid immediately after placing the dishes on the wire rack. Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of the prepared product).
