Apricot - wood chips for smoking and grilling
Description
Smoked chips perfect for smoking cheese, poultry, fish, beef and pork. Class 08 (medium fraction) - thanks to their size (from 6 to 8 mm) they are ideal for both small and large smokehouses. Used on the grill, they give dishes a special aroma and taste.
They come from natural apricot wood (100%) from ecologically clean areas. They are free of impregnating and preserving compounds, they do not contain dusting fractions. They have an optimal water content - below 11%.

Grilling: Place a 2 cm layer of woodchips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the hearth, as they will burn immediately. The grill should be covered with a lid immediately after placing the dishes on the wire rack.
Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being cooked).
Smoking: Depending on the type of smokehouse we have, place wood chips in a tray specially designed for this purpose or around the hearth - do not place them directly on the heat source, as they will burn immediately.
