They enable thermal treatment of milk in the range from 4 ° C to 100 ° C. Plevnik cheese vats and cisterns are manufactured in accordance with international standards, CE directives and the latest discoveries in the dairy industry. They are created with a view to producing unusual dairy products and having modern and successful cheese histories.
