Description

Chips used for smoking all types of cheese, meat and fish. The color we get in the smoking process is from dark gold (like straw) to brown.
They come from natural alder wood (100%) from ecologically clean areas. Free from impregnating and preserving compounds. They do not contain dusting fractions. They have an optimal water content - below 11%.

Chips should be stored in a dry, cool place.



Smoking: Depending on the type of smokehouse we have, place the chips on a tray designed specifically for this purpose or around a glowing hearth - do not place them directly on the heat source, because they will burn immediately. Dosage: 20 - 40 ml / kg of product.

Grilling: Place a two-centimeter layer of chips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the furnace, because they will burn immediately. The grill should be covered with the lid immediately after placing the food on the grill. Grilling time - from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of the product being prepared).
