Description
This equipment is addressed to cheese producers and stores - for cheese storage and ripening, to experiment with ripening conditions at various temperatures and humidity.
If you have access to very hard water, it is recommended to buy a filter to prevent limescale deposits.
The uniqueness of this device lies in its large capacity, despite the small external dimensions.
DEVICE CHARACTERISTICS:
The same device can act as a cooler (up to 0 degrees C)
for storing food or the cheese aging chamber. Just one switch!
1. COOLING MODE:
In this mode, you can have any temperature up to a minimum of 0 degrees Celsius with automatic electric defrost.
2. DRYING AND MATURING MODE:
In this mode you can control both temperature and humidity.
Operating range: from +6 to +25 degrees C / humidity from 50% to 95%.
The production capacity varies depending on the size of the cheese.

- Insulation with rigid, flame retardant polyurethane foam injected in high density.
- Refrigeration system with hermetic single-phase compressor, working on R404 freon; ventilated evaporator with electric defrost.
